The tariff includes support and service of the company 4 hours per month, additional hours: UAH 250/hour.
Additional services (by prior appointment):
ordering technician to the user (duration 30 minutes)
Verbuvativka village: 500 uah;
Dolyna village, Nizhyanka village: 650 uah;
Yuryvka village: 1250 uah;
optical modem replacement: 200 uah plus the cost of the optical modem;
router replacement: 200 uah plus the cost of the router;
restoration of the subscriber's optical cable in user : 1500 uah (replacement of the pigtail);
setting up the user's own router in the company's office: 5000 uah;
setting up a router (bought from LLC Zoryanet) in the company office: free;
installation and configuration of user equipment in the subscriber's premises: from 8000 uah;
performance of work with Internet access equipment, at the request (instructions) of the user: 9000 uah/hour.
